Pisco Sour

2 egg whites

100ml Pisco

30ml Grand Marnier/Cointreau

50ml sugar syrup

4 limes (juiced)

Ice

Angostura Bitters


Add the egg white, Pisco, Grand Marnier, sugar syrup and lime juice into a cocktail shaker. Add 6 cubes of ice and shake fiercely for 1 minute.

Pour through a filter/sieve into two small glasses and top with a few drops of Angostura Bitters.
