I started collecting my recipes 15 years ago, and now finally I’m putting them all in one place.

I have loved cooking since my 3rd birthday when I was given a Fisher-Price kitchen with velcro pizza and tins of fake Heinz beans, it was a gourmet introduction to my cooking journey and those plastic tomatoes stirred a passion and love for cooking ever since. From humble beginnings, I’ve since learnt all I need to know about good home cooking from my mother, the comprehensive skills from a Foundation certificate at Leiths School of Food & Wine and a natural flare for taste and technique from many years of cooking for friends and family.

Along the way I have created, borrowed, tweaked or straight up pinched recipes, keeping annotations and additional ingredient ideas as notes here and there as I go. But they were never in one place, constantly racking my brain or iPhone notes for old recipes I decided to use some of my free time (ahem furlough time) to put these recipes all in one place, not only so I can keep a record for myself, but also to share my love for cooking and backlog of recipes with other people - I hope you enjoy cooking them as much as I do!

…and if you don’t enjoy cooking but love to host, I’ve catered for many dinner parties and small events over the years, from canapés to four courses I can do it all. Get in touch if you’re interested, I’m based in London but flexible. FYI this service will only be available once we are out of the UK’s coronavirus lockdown.
