1 shot Monin cucumber syrup

½ shot elderflower cordial

5 shots / 60ml gin

1 lemon (juiced)

11 shots / 135ml ginger beer

Ice

1 cucumber peel


I use the cap of a bottle or a small shot glass to measure this cocktail out, this recipe makes just one.

Mix the cucumber syrup, elderflower cordial, gin and lemon juice in a large glass and stir. Top up with the ginger beer (or ale for a less fizzy cocktail), a handful of ice and a twirl of cucumber peel to garnish.
